Luxury Club Receptionist - Guest Experience Lead

RB Holdings is seeking a Receptionist to join our team in Loulou’s Nightclub at 5 Hertford Street, London. You will welcome members and guests with warmth, creating a personalised first impression.

Responsibilities include managing reservations and enquiries with meticulous attention to detail, and collaborating with restaurant colleagues to ensure seamless service and member satisfaction. Evening shifts 4pm–12am/1am, 25 hours over three days (Wed–Sat).
