We are currently recruiting a friendly and organised Business Administration Apprentice to join the team at our busy Cambridge (Bottisham) branch. If you enjoy helping people, keeping things running smoothly and learning new skills, this could be the perfect first step in your career. No experience? No problem. Just bring a great attitude and we'll teach you the rest.

The Role

You will play a key role in keeping our office running day to day. Your work will include data entry and maintaining the systems and databases required by some of our prestigious Cambridge customers, helping to schedule our engineers and organise their daily jobs, and keeping our records up to date and tidy.

You will also be a friendly point of contact for our customers, answering calls and emails, helping with their queries and preparing simple documents. Throughout, you will get plenty of support and on-the-job training from the team.

What We're Looking For

• Someone friendly, positive and keen to learn
• Good communication skills
• Basic IT confidence
• A team player who enjoys being organised
• GCSEs in English and Maths are helpful but not essential
