Student Residence Concierge & Front Desk Support

Homes for Students, at The Valentine in Ilford, is seeking a friendly Resident Services Assistant for 40 hours per week to welcome students and visitors and support a busy reception.

You will handle enquiries via email, phone, website and in person, provide accurate information, operate a helpdesk, and assist the operations team and General Manager with back-office tasks and event support. Excellent IT and communication skills are essential.
