We’re looking dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to work with supportive primary schools in Ealing. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the learning and development of pupils.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups to access the curriculum
Assisting teachers with differentiated learning activities and interventions
Helping create an inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive
Supporting pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs as part of a structured SEN programme
What we’re looking for:
Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff
Previous experience working with Primary children is ideal
