Zizzi Restaurants is seeking an Assistant Head Chef to lead shifts, run the pass, and inspire the team in our busy Reading kitchen. You’ll partner with the Head Chef to deliver high‑quality Italian dishes and maintain service standards across dine‑in and delivery channels.
You’ll coach junior chefs, manage stock, labour, and costs, and stay calm under pressure during peak periods, including evenings and weekends. This hands‑on role offers growth and a minimum‑hour contract with benefits.
