Guest Experience Host: Events & Centre Services

Tenpin Ltd (part of Ten Entertainment Ltd) is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to provide an excellent experience by managing reception bookings, answering enquiries, hosting events, serving food and drinks, and keeping the centre welcoming and running smoothly.

You’ll work across venues such as Laser Arena, Escape Room, karaoke rooms, and children’s parties; you should be energetic, proactive, and friendly, with a positive attitude. We welcome applicants aged 16 and over.
