Senior Care Team Lead - Person-Centred Residential Care

Barchester Healthcare is hiring a Residential Senior Carer to look after residents with warmth and person-centred care. You’ll lead a team of care staff, provide training, supervise shifts and delegate duties to ensure smooth on-site operations.

You’ll also support with medication administration and ordering, review care plans and risk assessments, and liaise with GPs, district nursing teams and families to keep everyone informed and involved in residents’ wellbeing.
