Senior Care Lead: Personalised Dementia & Nursing Care

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to deliver personalised care in dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care settings. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, maintain accurate records, and assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager while administering medications and supporting residents’ independence.

Ideal candidates will have a Level 2 Diploma/SNVQ in Adult Social Care and progress toward Level 3, with experience in person-centered care planning and dementia care.
