What your development looks like

Early stage: Learn the full customer journey - building rapport, understanding needs, presenting solutions, closing - with hands-on coaching from day one.
Building stage: Run your own customer conversations across B2B, B2C and event campaigns. Use weekly coaching feedback to sharpen your results.
Growth stage: Take on mentoring responsibility and begin stepping into leadership and campaign responsibility.

Progression is merit-based - attitude and motivation matter more than experience.

What you'll do

Build genuine relationships with prospective customers face-to-face
Discover customer needs and tailor your pitch accordingly
Develop product knowledge, objection handling and closing skills
Use coaching feedback to improve week by week

Who we're looking for

Resilient and positive, even in challenging situations
Ambitious, with a desire to develop personally and professionally
No prior experience required - we value attitude and motivation above all
Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or sport is a bonus, not essential

The practical detail
