Virgin Media O2 is hiring a Retail Advisor to help customers choose from mobile phones, tablets, SIMs, broadband and our TV packages. You’ll build trust, show empathy and take ownership to create positive experiences while working across store hours.
You’ll start with two 2-day induction sessions (30 hours) and receive ongoing coaching. This role blends product knowledge, customer care and teamwork, with a focus on delivering excellent service and meeting store targets.
