Receptionist

Be a Receptionist but most importantly be you!

At our hotel we want our people to be themselves and that means you. Join our team and here is what you’ll get for being yourself:

• Monthly service payments as well as monthly pay
• Free parking for team members
• Progression and training opportunities throughout Kaleidoscope Collection
• Discount on eating, drinking and sleeping at all of our properties
• £500 refer a friend scheme- for new full time team members
• Work in a stimulating environment as part of a diverse community of people
• Be part of a team who live and breathe our purpose

And there’s more where these came from…

On arguably the grandest street in Bath Great Pulteney Street sits Dukes. Two Georgian townhouses, 17 individually designed rooms and suites, and a bar that knows its way around a cocktail. It's the kind of place that makes you feel like you've stepped into another era, just with considerably better bedding.

Dukes is intimate by design. A cooked-to-order breakfast, a walled garden, a lounge fireplace, and a team that guests talk about as much as the rooms. Small but seriously good.

What's it like to work here?

Exactly what you'd hope warm, personal, and never two days the same. Being part of a small team means you matter; you're not a cog; you're the whole machine. We're big-hearted, genuinely inclusive, and we take real pride in making guests feel something.

We're unconventional in the best way. Whether this is your first step into hospitality or your career of choice, you'll find a team that backs you to be exactly who you are and has a bloody good time doing it.
