Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £32k - £35k DOE

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, preparing and reviewing transport and shipping documentation.
• Support inventory management through stock control, cycle counts, and annual audits.
• Monitor warehouse performance, investigating stock discrepancies, loss, or damage where required.
• Supervise and support warehouse staff, allocating workload and promoting safe working practices.
• Ensure shipments are correctly packed, labelled, and prepared for transportation in line with customer and operational requirements.
• Contribute to operational improvements, departmental KPIs, and month-end administrative activities.

About You

• Previous experience within warehouse, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations.
• Working knowledge of shipping and transport documentation, ideally within a distribution or export environment.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience of stock control, inventory management, and warehouse administration.
• Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience would be advantageous.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong commitment to health and safety standards.
