Create Education is seeking a proactive Year 7 Interventions Teaching Assistant to support a progress class in a secondary school in Dagenham. You will work at KS1 level, helping pupils engage with literacy, numeracy and targeted interventions.
Experience with primary pupils or KS1 learners is ideal, and you will collaborate with the SEND team to monitor progress, adapt activities, and use assistive tech where needed, ensuring inclusive, supportive lessons throughout the day.
