We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in inventory management, stock control and warehouse operations , who can take ownership of stock accuracy and ensure all movements are properly recorded and documented.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and organise all warehouse stock efficiently and accurately..
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records..
Accurately record all inbound, outbound and warehouse to store stock movements ..
Conduct regular stock counts and investigate and resolve discrepancies..
Prepare and maintain official warehouse, inventory and stock documentation..
Use ERP and POS systems to record and monitor inventory movements..
Coordinate stock transfers between the warehouse and retail store..
Work closely with management and the store team to ensure stock requirements are met..
Respond to stock-related requests and follow up promptly..
Maintain a clean, organised and professional warehouse environment..
Ensure all stock is stored, handled and transferred correctly..
Requirements
Proven experience in inventory control, stock management, warehouse operations or storekeeping. .
Strong understanding of stock control procedures and inventory management..
Experience using ERP and POS systems is essential. .
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy..
Strong organisational and time-management skills..
Confident using Microsoft Office and Outlook/email professionally..
Ability to identify stock discrepancies and take appropriate action..
Excellent communication and follow-up skills..
Reliable, responsible and able to work independently..
Ability to work effectively with management and wider store teams..
