Location: Leatherhead

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Type: Temporary Assignment (minimum 4 weeks with potential to be extended)

Hourly Rate: £13 per hour

Working Pattern: Part-time, 28 hours per week across 4 days (Tuesday attendance required)

Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Temporary HR Assistant to join their friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on HR experience and develop their career within a professional HR environment.

Due to a transition within the HR team, the successful candidate will benefit from a one-week handover with the current HR Assistant before they leave, providing valuable support and training from the outset.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to the HR team
• Assisting with recruitment activities and onboarding processes
• Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
• Supporting day-to-day HR processes and procedures
• General HR administration duties

What Our Client Is Looking For

• Previous administration experience
• Studying towards or holding a CIPD qualification would be advantageous
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office applications
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• An interest in developing a long-term career within HR

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their HR knowledge. You will enjoy working in a busy environment, have excellent communication skills, and be confident managing multiple tasks effectively.
