You will provide personalised coaching, assess strengths and barriers, and create a tailored action plan supporting job search, CVs, and digital skills while addressing wider issues such as housing and benefits.
You will build strong relationships with local employers, develop accessible recruitment pathways and help employers become more disability confident.
