The Fleet Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, seeks a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team and ensure high-quality, person-centred care for residents in Dartmouth. You will oversee shifts, manage medication, monitor wellbeing and maintain records, with strong emphasis on communication with families and healthcare professionals.
The role requires NVQ Level 2 (Level 3 desirable) and medication administration competency. Alternate weekends are required in a supportive, respectful environment.
