This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for a committed and passionate Pastoral Year Leader to develop their career in a Prince Albert High School and to leave a lasting legacy for the community we serve. Whilst being fully supported by the infrastructure of a highly successful Trust.
The Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) wish to appoint an Pastoral Year Leader to join our expanding pastoral team at Prince Albert High school. The successful candidate will enable our students to develop and sustain good habits. They will have the opportunity to work alongside a diverse faculty, working under the guidance of the Director of Safeguarding and Trust Pastoral Leaders. As a member of the school and Trust Pastoral team, this role is a great opportunity to develop personal knowledge whilst gaining key experiences, as well as working directly with students and families.
Prince Albert High opened in 2021 with a year 7 cohort and you will be joining us in the fifth year of our journey as we welcome a fourth intake of students.
Prince Albert High is unique because it is one of the very few secondary schools where the incoming year 7 students and their families are well-known by our school. This is because the vast majority of our students come from multi-academy trust's primaries. As the school enters its fourth year, you will have the opportunity to shape the school community and your career at Prince Albert High as the school grows.
The PACT is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All applicants will be required to undergo satisfactory online checks, and successful applicants will be required to complete enhanced DBS checks.
Further information about the schools, our outcomes and philosophy can be found via our Trust website:
