Toby Carvery – Southend is looking for a Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen, inspire your team and ensure every dish leaving the pass meets the highest standards. You’ll manage all kitchen operations and help create menus that celebrate roasted classics.

You’ll train and coach staff, drive food quality, portion control and stock management while ensuring compliance with health and hygiene regulations. This role offers progression within Mitchells & Butlers.
