In-Store Customer Experience Associate

John Lewis Partnership in Norwich is seeking a Customer Assistant to deliver outstanding service and maintain our in-store experiences. You’ll assist customers, use product knowledge to drive sales, and keep displays and stock tidy while working across the shop to support the team.

The role is full-time 37.5 hours per week, temporary contract, with a night premium of £3.75 per hour for hours between 22:00 and 06:00. Closing date 28 September 2026.
