Residential Conveyancing Paralegal *Must have experience *Legal 500 firm

This really is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancing paralegal to join this Legal 500 firm and support a real well respected and kind partner.

You will need to have gained at least 1 years’ experience, ideally more.

You will be experienced supporting fee earners with the following:

• Onboarding clients;
• Sending quotes and letters of instruction;
• Compiling draft contract packs;
• Ordering searches;
• Liaising with other parties solicitors, brokers and estate agents;
• Updating clients on progress of matter;
• Chasing outstanding enquiries;
• Dealing with Land Registry;
• Compiling SDLT returns;
• Dealing with requisitions;
• Invoicing;
• Archiving files.

You will need to have good interpersonal skills, a positive can-do attitude and be able to assist throughout.

Experience of using a case management system is also necessary.

This is an in-office position so you should have an easy commute to Chiswick.
