Lead Care Assistant - Dementia & Residential Care

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant in Cheltenham for a full-time, day-shift role (38.5 hours per week). You will lead a team of Care Assistants, delivering person-centred care and supporting residents with dignity and independence.

You will work closely with Registered Nurses and the Care Manager to provide social and recreational activities, administer medications, and maintain accurate records while building strong relationships with residents and families.
