We are seeking four compassionate Support Workers to help young people experiencing homelessness build confidence, develop life skills and move…
At Depaul UK, we believe in people’s potential — and we take action every day to help unlock it. Whether you’re supporting young people directly or strengthening our organisation behind the scenes, your work will create real, lasting impact.
Are you passionate about empowering young people to build independence, achieve their goals, and create brighter futures? We're looking for proactive, compassionate, and motivated Young People Support Workers to join our dedicated team supporting young people aged 18-25.
We currently have four permanent vacancies available across our services:
These opportunities are based across two locations: Burnage Lane and Safestop Manchester . When applying, please clearly state your preferred location (Burnage Lane or Safestop Manchester) within your application/supporting statement.
In this rewarding role, you'll provide tailored support to young people, manage a small caseload, complete risk and wellbeing assessments, and help create a safe, positive environment where individuals can develop essential life skills and move towards independent living. We're looking for people with experience of supporting vulnerable young people, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to helping others reach their potential.
Join a supportive, values-driven organisation where your contribution makes a lasting difference every day. In return, you'll benefit from ongoing learning and development opportunities, a great range of employee benefits, and the chance to play a key role in transforming young lives.
Night shifts on two week rolling rota of 3 shifts one week and 4 the next 21:30-08:00 (current shift pattern: one week Tuesday-Thursday; following week Monday, Friday-Sunday)
When completing your application form please address all the points set out below.
Depaul UK is committed to fair and inclusive recruitment, and we welcome applications from people of all backgrounds.
