Guest Experience Associate — Ground Floor, Permanent Contract

Premier Inn in Weymouth is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member. You will greet guests, assist with check-in, and provide breakfast or dinner service as needed, including bar duties. You’ll also answer questions, help resolve issues, and maintain a welcoming hotel environment.

This permanent role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends and busy periods, with 24 guaranteed hours weekly and a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork.
