• Manage food production schedules, inventory control, and ordering to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.

• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to promote professional growth and maintain a motivated workforce.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven supervising experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment with a focus on culinary excellence.
• Extensive food production, preparation, and cooking expertise across diverse cuisines.
