The Role- Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

• Greet all visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Answer and direct calls and emails efficiently and accurately
• Manage meeting room bookings and set up as required
• Maintain a tidy and stylish reception space at all times.
• Assist with basic admin and coordination tasks.

About you:

• Previous experience in a corporate or luxury front-of-house position
• Impressive academic record from GCSE’s through to University
• Immaculate presentation and excellent communication skills
• Calm, confident and professional approach
• Impeccable organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A commitment and passion for a full-time, office-based job.
