Job Description

A welcoming family with three boys is seeking a highly organised and proactive Live-Out Nanny/PA to join their household. The role involves a mix of childcare and personal assistant duties, requiring a candidate who is flexible, reliable, and confident in managing a dynamic family environment.

Key Responsibilities

Providing after-school care for a 12-year-old boy, including homework supervision and activity planning (the other two children are in the boarding school)
Assisting parents with administrative tasks, including managing errands, organising travel, scheduling appointments, and supporting business-related tasks related to the family's property portfolio.
Planning and coordinating children's activities, birthday parties, and school-related commitments.
Handling household shopping, returns, and diary management.
Preparing presentations and assisting with ad-hoc projects.
Driving confidently in both central London and countryside settings, with occasional shared driving in Italy.
Travelling with the family to Italy for three weeks each summer.

Schedule & Hours

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM (one day per week starts at 6:45 AM).
Sunday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM ( essential , with a premium offered for Sunday availability).
Approximately 65 hours per week.

Ideal Candidate

Fluent in English , with excellent communication skills.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with verifiable references.
Confident driver (London, countryside, and international driving).
Highly organised, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
University degree or diploma preferred (not necessarily in childcare).
Local candidates are preferred due to early start times.
Competitive salary £70,000 - £80,000 plus (dependent on experience).Please state salary expectations on your application.
Four weeks of paid holiday.
Opportunity to travel with the family.
