Creative Support is seeking Relief Recovery Support Workers in Stoke-on-Trent to provide person-centred care for people with mental health needs in Nursing and Residential homes. You will cover shifts to support sickness, holidays, training and vacancies, working with service users on recovery-focused plans and helping with daily activities and outings.
Available shifts include days, evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
