Protocol Education is recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants for a school in North Durham , supporting pupils who need additional help with behaviour, emotional regulation, learning and communication.

If you've graduated in Psychology, Criminology, Sociology, Youth Work or a related subject , this could be a brilliant opportunity to gain practical experience before taking your next career step.

What You'll Learn

Your Responsibilities

You'll support pupils by:

• Providing 1:1 assistance

• Building trusting relationships
• Developing communication skills
• Encouraging independence
• Working alongside teachers and support staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
