About the role

Job Title: Catering Supervisor

School Location: Fullbrook School with 6th form Cafe, New Haw, KT15 3HN

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shifts & Working hours: 7.30am-2.3.0pm (35hours per week)

Working Weeks: 37weeks per year (term time plus inset days)

Pay Details: £18,655 per Annum

What will I be doing?

As a Catering Supervisor , you’ll support the Chef Manager in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping to lead a team that delivers a high-quality food service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Chef Manager by supervising a section of the kitchen
• Leading and motivating team members during service
• Delivering a friendly, efficient, and hygienic service to all customers
• Assisting with the preparation of food and snacks
• Providing counter service and operating the till
• Ensuring kitchen and dining areas are kept clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene standards

We’re looking for someone with strong customer service skills and a proactive, team-focused approach. Experience in catering or retail is desirable, but, what matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn.
