About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Bricklaying Tutor to join a Construction Skills programme in an FE setting in Epsom.
This is a practical, hands-on role sitting between a traditional Lecturer and Technician, supporting learners to develop their bricklaying skills.
You will deliver practical bricklaying sessions alongside an existing Multi-Skills Tutor and Plastering Tutor.
This role would suit an experienced Bricklayer who is looking to move into education, without taking on the full responsibilities of a Lecturer.
What we are looking for
Strong practical bricklaying experience with the ability to demonstrate techniques clearly to learners.
Experience working across construction environments, with relevant industry qualifications.
Someone confident supporting learners in a workshop or practical setting.
Teaching or training experience would be beneficial, but is not essential for the right candidate.
Benefits
