CBRE Local UK is seeking an Electrical Technician (Cumbria) to provide reactive and planned maintenance on building engineering systems across sites in accordance with procedures and safe working practices.
You will carry out maintenance, fault finding and repair on LV electrical systems, ensure compliance with BS7671, and support project hand-overs with the AFM and Projects team. A relevant apprenticeship and City & Guilds 2382/level 3 are required.
