Hours: 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (full-time)

Weeks Per Year: 44.85 (Term Time only)

Salary: NJC Scale, Single Status: Grade 4, Pt 7 to 11

Starting Salary: £19,948 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting students with a range of needs in their learning and personal development
• Contributing to the school's inclusive and nurturing environment
• Working collaboratively with teachers and other staff to deliver tailored educational experiences.

Qualifications and Experience:

• NVQ Level 2 in Teaching Assistance or equivalent
• GCSEs in English and Maths (Grades A-C)
• Extensive experience working with children with special educational needs, particularly those with severe learning difficulties and/or autism, is preferred but not essential.
