Your key responsibilities will include:
Safely operating an HGV Class 1 vehicle on scheduled delivery routes around Castle Donnington and surrounding areas
Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations
Performing vehicle safety checks before and after shifts to maintain vehicle standards
Reporting any vehicle defects or incidents promptly to management
Maintaining accurate delivery logs and paperwork
Coordinating with warehouse teams to ensure smooth drop and swap handovers
What we're looking for:
Valid HGV Class 1 licence with a clean driving record
Proven experience in a similar HGV driving role, preferably with drop and swap experience
Ability to work flexible day or night shifts
Strong focus on safety and compliance with transport regulations
