Earn over £50,000 OTE (including driver bonus, shift premiums & overtime)

Pay & Earnings

• Salary: £41,862 per year (42 hour week)
• HGV Driver Premium: £2,600 per year
• Overtime: Paid at x1.33 after 42 hours
• Typical overtime: 4-6 hours per week
• Weekend premium: +25% for weekend shifts

Realistic earning potential: £50,000+ per annum

Your Working Pattern

• Week 1: Monday - Thursday
• Week 2: Wednesday - Saturday
• Week 3: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
• Fixed 2 week Rolling Rota
• Week 1: Monday - Tuesday Thursday Friday
• Week 2: Monday Tuesday Friday Saturday
• Fixed week Rota (Premium Rota)
• Friday Saturday Sunday Monday
• Start times typicallyearly AM (around 03:00-05:00)
• Shift length:9-13 hours
• Minimum 6 hours overtime built into earnings
• Weekend working included within the rota

The Role

• Store deliveries toCo-op Wholesale locations
• Multi-drop work on planned routes
• Deliveringchilled, frozen, and ambient goods
• Use ofcages, dollies, and pallets depending on delivery type
• Driving in line withDrivers' Hours and WTD regulations
• Completing vehicle checks and delivery paperwork
• Maintaining highhealth & safety standards
• Providing a professional and friendly service at store level

What We're Looking For

• ValidHGV Class 2 (C) licence (Essential)
• ValidDriver CPC andDigital Tachograph Card
• Multi-drop experience is advantageous butnot essential
• Strong safety awareness and compliance mindset
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude
