You’ll deliver sessions that develop more than fitness — coaching technical skills, movement quality, efficiency and long-term development, with ongoing CPD and industry-leading education.

Lead the room, build the community, and motivate mixed-ability groups with authentic energy, presence and real-world HYROX/run experience.
