People Solutions are looking for Production Operatives to work for our well-known client Chapeltown, South Yorkshire.

Temp to Perm roles for the right candidates.

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour. This increases after Training!

Shift Pattern:

• Working 6.00am - 2.00pm/2.00pm - 10.00pm/10.00pm - 6.00am
• Monday to Friday

Day to Day Duties:

Your duties as a Production Operative/Delivery Driver will be:

• Working on production line, overseeing the machines and efficiently running the production line
• Packing to meet product specifications and doing quality checks.
• Responding to problems with machines and product - reporting to the supervisor.
• Completing all relevant paperwork whilst maintaining high safety standards.
• To maintain a safe, clean and well organised working environment within the framework of current H&S and Food Safety standards.
• Monitor the quality of all products
• Loading and Unloading vans

Essential Skills:

The skills required to be a Production Operative/Deliver Driver will be:

• Good level of English
• Manufacturing in factory environment experience
• Machine operating experience

Desirable Experience:

• Good communication skills and attitude
• Good level of numeracy skills
• Flexible

Training:

• Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
