On-Site Personal Shopping Operations Coordinator

Harrods is seeking a Personal Shopping Coordinator to support the Personal Shopping team in delivering a seamless client experience at our Knightsbridge store. The role focuses on coordinating stock movement, processing client orders and ensuring accurate dispatch across departments.

You will work closely with Personal Shoppers and report into the Personal Shopping Manager, maintaining stock accuracy, handling till operations and collaborating with store teams to meet client expectations.
