Flexible-Hours Customer Experience & Events Host

Tenpin is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an excellent guest experience by managing reception bookings, answering enquiries and promoting sales.

You’ll work across departments—from Laser Arena to Escape Rooms and karaoke rooms—hosting events, serving food and drinks, and keeping the centre clean and welcoming.

We value confidence, energy and a positive attitude, with full training provided and flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
