About the Role

As a Legal Assistant, the successful candidate will provide essential support to a busy Commercial Property team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Providing proactive administrative support
• Preparing documents and correspondence
• Supporting Partners and solicitors with legal data
• Handling communications and new enquiries
• Responding to client and third-party queries
• Assisting with research when required
• Supporting departmental projects
• Preparing regular team updates
• Assisting with business development activities
• Undertaking occasional transcription
• Producing accurate and professional work
