Aiming for a high-standards, detail-focused candidate who enjoys solving technical problems.

Take on a Quality Technician role in Coventry where your findings decide whether a product is right. You'll get to the root cause of faults, not just log them. Every inspection, test and report you complete helps keep customers confident in the product.

As a Quality Technician, you will benefit from:

• Specialist, hands-on work with hydraulic components and systems
• Ongoing training and the chance to build deep technical expertise
• Varied work covering inspection, testing and fault investigation
• Supportive management and close links with technical and engineering colleagues
• A stable, well-established engineering manufacturing business

As a Quality Technician, your responsibilities will include:

• Inspecting and testing hydraulic valves, manifolds and assemblies against set requirements
• Investigating customer returns and reported product failures
• Carrying out root-cause analysis and recording technical findings
• Performing pre-shipment inspection and functional testing
• Completing approved rework, repair and product verification
• Producing clear inspection, test and investigation reports

As a Quality Technician, your experience will include:

• Experience in a manufacturing, test, service or engineering environment
• Hands-on mechanical ability, with hydraulic testing or service experience desirable
• Fault-finding, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
• Reading engineering drawings and hydraulic schematics
• Accurate inspection, measurement and technical reporting
• An engineering qualification in a mechanical, hydraulic or related discipline desirable

If you want a Quality Technician role where your accuracy and technical knowledge are genuinely relied on, this is a strong next step.
