Salary: £29,000 – £33,000 basic per annum + annual bonus
Hours: 40 hours per week with flexible shift patterns (choice of working 4, 5, or 6 days per week)

Role Overview
Seeking a Junior Custom & Defender Builder with 6+ months of mechanical or garage experience who wants to get away from routine main dealer servicing and learn custom fabrication, chassis assembly, and 4x4 restoration.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of professional garage, agricultural engineering, or mechanical experience.
Strong mechanical mindset and enthusiasm for classic 4x4s and Land Rovers.
Hands-on experience with basic mechanical tools, fabrication, or vehicle stripping/rebuilding.
Full UK driving licence.

Base: Crowborough area (Free secure on-site parking)
