HCRG Care Group is recruiting a Community Nurse (Band 5) based at Melksham Community Hospital, Wiltshire. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to patients in their own homes, working with GPs and multidisciplinary teams to assess needs, plan and deliver care, and promote independence.
You will be part of an autonomous, supportive community team, with access to NHS AfC terms, NHS Pension, and ongoing professional development through our Learning Enterprise.
