Spa Therapist - Flexible Agency Shifts

Love being a spa therapist but want more say over when you work? Pick your shifts, tap your phone, done.

The Wellness Agency is looking for talented Spa Therapists in and around Reading to join our bank of agency therapists. We place therapists into gorgeous hotel spas, day spas and wellness retreats, and we've got live shifts waiting to be filled right now.

Whether you're freelance and want to top up your diary, between contracts, recently qualified and keen to try out different spas, or simply want a better work-life balance, we'd love to hear from you.

Why therapists love working with us

• You're in control. Work as much or as little as you like. Take shifts around your own clients, family or other commitments, with no minimum hours.
• Book shifts in seconds. Our app, The Wellness Agency, lets you see available shifts near you and book straight in from your phone.
• Your choice of set-up. Work with us on a self-employed or PAYE basis, whichever suits you best.
• Beautiful places to work. From luxury hotel spas to boutique wellness retreats.
• Variety keeps it fresh. New treatment rooms, new teams, new product houses, so your skills (and your CV) keep growing.
• Real people behind the app. We're a specialist spa recruitment agency, not a faceless job board. You'll always have a friendly team to talk to.

What we're looking for

• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty or Massage Therapy (or equivalent)
• Confident delivering massage and facials; experience with product houses, e.g. Elemis, ESPA, Comfort Zone is a bonus
• A warm, professional manner and a love of giving guests a brilliant experience
• Reliable, adaptable and happy to step into a new team for the day
• Own transport is helpful for reaching spas
