CareTech Community Services is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for our Watford service to help adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. The role offers a rewarding, long-term career with full training and a structured induction.
You will provide person-centred support, assist with daily living skills, and promote independence while working as part of a team on a rota that includes evenings, weekends and sleep-ins. DBS checks are required and training is provided.
