We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Home Care Workers to join our team and provide high-quality care and support to people in their own homes.
As a Home Care Worker, you will help clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while providing person-centred care tailored to their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting clients with personal care, including supporting with the administration of medication in accordance with care plans and training
Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition
Helping clients with mobility and daily activities
Providing companionship and emotional support
Completing light household tasks where required
Following individual care plans and safeguarding procedures
Maintaining accurate and confidential care records
Communicating effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
Promoting independence, dignity, choice, and respect at all times
About You
Caring, patient, and compassionate
Reliable and responsible
Respectful of people's privacy, dignity, and choices
Able to communicate effectively
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Willing to learn and undertake relevant training
Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training can be provided
