# Female Support Worker - waking nightsBristolCloses 22 October 2026Apply nowYou'll be taken to our application system to complete your application.## About this roleWe are looking for a reliable, caring and confident female Waking Night Support Worker to support an active female client who has experienced a stroke based in Bristol.The successful candidate will provide calm, respectful and person-centred support throughout the night, helping our client to remain safe, comfortable and independent in her own home.The client enjoys travelling and spending time with her family. The successful candidate must be happy to travel on holiday with her to Ireland to visit her family.**About you:**We are looking for someone who is:* Caring, patient and compassionate.* Reliable and dependable.* Comfortable working waking nights.* Respectful of privacy, dignity and personal choice.* Confident supporting someone following a stroke.* Able to work independently and use initiative.* A good communicator with a calm and reassuring manner.* Flexible and willing to travel to Ireland with the client.**When you'll be working:*** 8pm - 8amIn this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance.
