Active Care Group is seeking a proactive, caring Support Worker for a new Swindon package supporting a 27-year-old lady with ABI. You will work closely with the client to encourage independence, support daily routines, and participate in activities she loves, from arts and crafts to community outings.
The role offers flexible day shifts (7:30 am–8:00 pm) Tue–Sun on a zero-hours contract with ongoing work, plus DBS, induction training, holiday pay, and pension benefits.
