Barchester-Healthcare is seeking a Senior Night Care Assistant for an 8pm–8am rotating shift (33 hours/week) in a care home. You will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants with the Deputy General Manager and support the clinical team in medication, assessments, and care plans.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, with a focus on elderly clinical care. You’ll be compassionate, team-focused and dedicated to personalised resident care.
