Barchester Healthcare in Rugby is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to help create a warm, welcoming dining experience for residents, families and visitors. You will serve meals and refreshments, set up dining areas and work closely with our hospitality and kitchen teams.
The role requires experience in hospitality or customer service, a friendly and professional approach, strong communication and teamwork, and a good understanding of food hygiene and safety.
